Beijing, China
November 16-17, 2009

— U.S.-China Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Cooperation on Climate Change, Energy and the Environment (July 2009)

The Marley Association believes that green technology cooperation between the United States and China, focused on specific projects, is the most effective means of developing and deploying renewable and energy efficient technologies. At our annual U.S.-China Green Tech Summit, Marley's project partners share best practices, innovative green technologies, financing mechanisms and other practical solutions to barriers facing green technology.

In January 2009, the Asia Society and the Pew Foundation for Global Climate Change released The Roadmap for US China Cooperation on Energy and Climate Change, which presents both a vision and a concrete roadmap for Sino-U.S. collaboration around energy and climate change. With the goal of converting the Roadmap into action, the Marley Association is bringing academia, government, industry, investors and local stakeholders together in new partnerships.

This Fall, in Beijing we invite you to join us and over 300 green technology leaders from the United States and China to share and analyze world-class projects essential to cultivating energy sustainability, combating climate change, and promoting low-carbon economic growth.
